Painting coving

Which will look better on coving ..........Satinwood or emulsion?

Coving can look quite nice done in satinwood. I used to do mine like that. Its just a different finish which will stand out from the ceiling and walls.

I've always emulsioned it but was wondering if satinwood would be ok.

Use water based though...oil based will yellow over time.

Done mine in Satinwood, it has that slightly glossy effect to pick it out from the walls... really nice
