Painting Fresh Render

Hi

What is the best paint for painting my small bit of brand new fresh render at the front of my house.

it has fully dried out but it does keep raining which dampens it slightly.

What is the best product/brand to use for painting render this time of year?
bearing in mind the cold and wet weather.

Would I need to water down the first coat?

I would also like a durable product.

As the weather is inclement probably the best thing to use would be Dulux all seasons Masonry paint, rain proof in 15 minutes. oil based and very durable.
