Any good products for painting a previously painted, very worn, greasy industrial concrete floor?
Where paint has peeled off, there are many raised spots where sound paint still remains.
Not looking to spend a lot of time on this (it's not kind of job), though obviously a good clean, scrape and sand all over will be done.
Not looking to hire equipment to clean or prepare surface (it's really not that kind of job), but wondered if there was a product that builds up the uneven flaked areas a bit (not expecting miracles) and also responds well to any grease that may get missed on the clean up.
As you can tell, time cannot be spent on this project as the business cannot afford to be shut down for long, but would like to do a reasonable job.
The finish needs to be oil-based (obviously). Not too fussed about the drying time.
It's sounds like a bodge job, but this particular job needs doing quickly and cheaply (it's that kind of job) for various reasons.
