hi guys

'am having loft extension done and scaffold is up for another two weeks so i want to paint the back pebbledash wall- if it was up to me i don't think p/dash should be painted but the rest of the terrace is done and ours looks out of place. can someone give me the best way to do- thankfully not that big an area- do i need to wash down, fungicidal, stabiliser, best brand paint ect?

thanks
jo
