Hello

I'm right handed and i understand that i should be painting from left to right. However when cutting in and painting skirting boards i prefer right to left. I just find that cutting in from the right towards myself, i have more control and a steadier hand. When rolling i don't mind where i start from. Am i just weird (the most likely :D ) or is it what you're most comfortable with?!

I cut in from the right to left or vice versa. As long as I'm using my right hand it doesn't make any difference to me.

My husband on the other hand (!) can paint, play tennis, or use his knife to eat with either hand equally well. But he struggles to shut his wardrobe door without being reminded.

Nothing weird just how you do it best. I go left to right on the ceiling line but then right to left when doing skirting boards.
