hi All
i recently replaced my Panasonic corleess dect phone KX-TG7301E which i have been using for the past 9 years with no issue. the buttons starting to stick so replaced with new Panasonic KX-TG6621E.

the problems now is the Caller ID work intermittently on the new phone. i can see who is calling on the old phone but the new phone is intermittent.

i have checked the settings on the phone and there is nothing to set on there. in fact, there are times the caller ID shows ok on the new phone and then at times it wont show.

i know the problem is the new phone because i put the old and new together and the old one always shows he caller id and the new one does not.

is there anything i can do to get this fixed or is it a case of 'send phone back'

i like the phone though apart from the issue with the caller ID.

thank you

Return it as faulty, not fit for purpose.
Take the old one apart and clean the button contacts with isopropyl alcohol.
