Panel ID please

Called out to a boiler breakdown this morning.
Elderly customer says alarm not working due to boiler fault!.......
Anyway. ...
Constant beep and a power light. No response to user code. No book or label on main unit. Pulled the fuse to stop it beeping, Bell box didn't sound either.
I said I'd try and find her the instruction manual.

Any help appreciated.

Looks like a Veritas 8c, lift the flap above the LEDS

Have you tried 'Google Lens'...

It says it's a 'Texecom Veritas 8 Compact Burglar Alarm'

Thanks chaps, didn't know there was a flap. Will go back and take a look

Its a veritas 8c and probably just wants a new battery and reprogramming
