I have the above fire but it struggles to light every morning especially after a windy night, the igniter is clicking but the fire takes ages to actually light. I have to keep turning it on and off for about half an hour.

Even when the pilot lights I have to blow it for it to fully light up. The fire is only two years old.

Help is there anything I can do to repair or is it a cleaning issue any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Fire needs a service as the air intake hole on pilot is partially blocked with dust etc . Fires should be done every year
