Paramount egg box walls rip out.

Building a few stud walls isn't that hard, even i managed that.

Getting started.
I managed to pull of the tiles and not damage the egg box wall much anyway.
If I conceal the pipes for shower and sink and sink waste by cutting out the egg box is that legal depth wise (cavity is 50mm)?
I’d also have to cut out sections and glue ply wood in for fixtures like the shower and the glass screen ect. I’d then dot and dab a new plasterboard over this, is this ok or will the wall be too weak with big chunks of what basically holds it up it cut out?
