Firstly Hello.
while in bed tonight i heard the not very nice sound of a drip drip, checked the taps but noo, it was coming from inside the loft, looked up in the loft, to find water dripping from between the partition wall between mine and next doors house,
i live in a town house and i am the end one , the lowest in the line,
so , i obviously wasn't going to look outside as it was heavy raining and very windy , but waters getting in somewhere, first thought was flashings, the question is this , seeing as the flashings are attached into the neighbours wall, and onto my roof , whos responsible for the repair of these , he is council i am privately owned.

Cheers

The flashing is weathering your roof and will be your sole responsibility to keep maintained.

If you wait for some local authority or housing assosiation to fix it you will wait a long time in my experience.
