Partial v Fullfill cavity wall

Having my outbuilding built shortly, i see the architect has specified Partial Cavity using 100mm Recticel with 50mm Gap. Now my concern is done poorly it can be a shower o sh't ? Just looking at this thread the bottom illustration shows exactly what a waste of money it can be over Rockwool. Any preferences or thoughts here appreciated.

Anything installed poorly wont work properly. If you get the proper cavity wall PIR it will interlock and you tape the joints. Nice and toasty.
