I have an old paslode the big black ones of 23 years ago. works great all this time but last weekend I tried to clean it and pulled the wire attached to the spark plug which was a one piece attachment. Paslode co. says they don't make that part, too old. any help on finding this part from person or place. thanks.

, seriously though, i saw some spares on ebay once inc the wire and spark plug so i guess they do come up but that would of been for the current orange type, id say if paslode say you cannot get it then id be inclined to believe them. Now might be the time to invest in a new gun, £300+ here in the UK but i bet in the US they are cheaper still?
