Patio concrete problems

I have a Patio area made of concrete block paving (old Council type LARGE) mixed with areas of concrete.
I have spent alot of time and money making decking, risen beds and planters but this area of patio is the last thing to do. It looks dreadful the area is all flat but a miss match of different types of concrete.

Can I cover these with new concrete to make a level new finish?
or are there any other products on the market

any ideas?

tarmac?

decorative (or not) paving slabs?

more decking?

anythings possible if the concrete is level and stable (which i assume it is, given that repairs have been made to it - indicates it has been there for quite some time).

brick pavers? cover all the crappy concrete with sand and brick pave it?
