pcb module blown

hi all, got a servis m3101a washer with an obviously blown pcb module, just wondered if i can just put a new one in or if i need to do anything else first, brushes are good, earths look clean, machine in good condition, though black scorch marks on some of connectors to module, guess these need some attention too? please help, many thanks in advance.
