Pd application rejected as not referring to natural ground l

Well why has it only been realized now that if you want the patio the same level as floor level it would need PP?

Either your brief is constantly changing or the application that's been submitted was shoite.
 
The existing patio wasn't meant to change, and would have been level with the original extension plan. Now it will have to be reduced in height to account for the lower floor level..

I'm only updating so that anyone else who ends up in a similar position has some info - something which i couldn't find in one place.
