I have used Peak Oak on several installations. I have only used unfinished engineered boards and finished them with both oil and hardwax oil.
The boards were t & g all sides and bevelled on their length only. There can be a slight discrepancy on the headers which can be sanded out before finishing.
The oiled look was superb and I would certainly use them again.
