peeling off on shed flat roof, need solution

Hi,

I've found many peeling off on my shed flat roof, not sure is made of pitch or not?(get immediate warmer when there is sunshine), alread caused leakage when there is rain. Can someone advise how to settle the issue. Pls refer to images as attached.

Worth looking at a liquid rubber roofing solution. I googled and found rubber4roofs dot co dot uk and their Elastathane liquid. ( others are available) but you get the idea and it's DIY able . I would suggest covering the whole roof - the manufacturers will guide you re: quantity, preparation etc.
 
Liquid rubber will be quite a good fix, check that whichever type you go for will bond properly to GRP. Other option is EPDM but again I'm not sure if the adhesive will bond to GRP.
Or wait til summer (let the deck dry out completely), grind off the existing topcoat, remat & laminate where it's needed, new topcoat.
