pendulum Clock stopped swinging

Battery Pendulum Clock has stopped swinging.
Replaced battery still the same.

Any ideas what I can do . Thanks

If you don't feel like delving into the mechanism, there are plenty of replacement movements available from Amazon, eBay, and the like. Just check the dimensions are suitable first.

keeps great time, it's old.

So it's not the quartz clock that's failed, but the ornamental pendulum swinger.

I think they have a simple electromechanical solenoid with gravity return. Old regulators are like that, but if the pendulum stops, the clock does not run.

Photos will show if is large and simple enough to repair.

The plastic quartz clock mechanisms are cheaply made and sold in vast numbers, so replacement is likely to be easy.
