It's a DIY conservatory, so a few friends and I did it.
Synseal are members of a trade association but DIY2GO are not. I'll be contacting them at some point.
DIY2GO offer the 10 year warranty which is supplied by Synseal.
Don't ask me why/how but I've not had any more leaks for quite a while.
Yes, my contract is with DIY2GO and I do have my 6 year statutory rights.
I've never bothered with social media and never will.
My concern at the moment is that they say the blinds negate the warranty no matter what the fault, which I feel is totally wrong.
I'm having a week or 2 off from it and then I'll be back refreshed.
I've spent months at this but I won't give in.
