Hi all!

I have a peugeot 206 with a leaky radiator. It says Nissens 63502A 433168 and I believe its non standard.

On my way home from work on Friday night it began massively overheating without warning and when I pulled over water leaked everywhere and there was non left in the tank.

The AA sent a guy to help and he said he had no idea what the part it. As you look down from the front on the car it is a thick black rubber bung attached on the bottom left (drivers side)

He repaired it with gaffer tape but its already leaking. I have to drive an hour to work and an hour home every day. There are no buses/trains which I can use so if it goes again I'll be in big trouble.

I have taken pictures. Please can you identify this part?! No garages I have rung understand what it is.

Thanks for trying. I agree that's what's happened, I can't figure out a way to replace broken plug though. Might have to replace whole radiator?

ch427 is indeed correct, i replaced the rad on my Wifes 206 a couple months back with a Nissens aftermarket rad, the rad came with a few accessories because it covers a few different cars, i had to blank off a couple of outlets, i also had to modify the overflow outlet, but, all the items req come with the rad, the part you need cannot be bought seperate to my knowledge. These rads dont cost a fortune, so, for peace of mind get a new one. See below, just make sure to order one for maual or automatic and air con (a/c) or non air con (ac) and of course the engine size. Hope this helps.

Okay, thank you millerman, guess I'll have to do that. Can anyone tell me a roughly fair price to replace a rad? Just wanna know for when I get a quote

for anyone in my (quite weird) situation - possibly located the part from a radiator specialist! didn't know they existed but apparently they do - hopefully will get it sorted after all!
