Can anyone help please.
My boiler (wall mounted glow worm) will not fire up even though the pilot light is on.
Sometimes you can here the pump in the airing cupboard making a strange ticking sound when you switch it to the on position.
On the odd occasion that it does decide to fire up it will run properly for a few days, but at the moment all that happens when you turn the programmer on is that the boiler produces a loud whistling noise.
