Pipe Blockage

Having recently drained & refilled my central heating system the radiators are not working. Hot water gets as far as the inlet pipes but does not enter the radiators. Having tried all the recommendations regarding air locks & bleeding etc, I think I may have a blockage in the 22mm return before in meets the 28mm to the boiler. This would be preventing circulation and explain why all rads are cold.

Any advice would be appreciated. Do products such as Sentinal X400 work ?

Nothing wil work if there's no circulation. X400 is particularly slow.
Try backfilling - ie a hose on a drain cock.
