Pipes hum and vibrate when hot water turned on.

Hi

I have a problem when I turn the hot water on then the underfloor pipes hum and vibrate for a while afterwards. I've read some answers on the forum which suggest needing a new ball valve but I don't have a tank, I have a combi Boiler. The pressure on the boiler is operating at just under 2 bar when the heating is on which is fine. Any ideas anyone? It would be greatly appreciated.
