hi all

Im at first fix plumbing stage of a new build.

I am having all of the pipework concealed in floor screed to minimise visible surface work.

The plumber has advised me that pipework can no longer be concealed directly in the screed and that it has to be boxed in. - out of interest is this correct as per regs?

If the above is true - what is the best way to conceal the pipework and make it accessible. ( 2 x 2 batten with ?" ply top) is there specific ducting available.

thanks
