I have made a pitched roof yesterday or should i say i have cut the rafters and attached to a ridge plate. I have some 18 mm stirling board to go on. does the stirling board go right to the end of the rafter and at the apex do i just butt the two sheets together. after do i just lay the mineral felt in sheets and go all the way across and over ridge and down the other side or do I do in stages. i was not advised to seal the joints just to pin it down but this does not sound right to me. advice on this would be appreciated. the shed is 4 mtrs by 3 mtrs approx and i would prefer guttering. One thing I forgot should i put cross members on the rafters?
