Hello all
I want to paint my white gloss skirting boards but what do I do about the gloss paint that has chips in it?
I have tried filling the "pits" (ie where the kids have kicked it and my wife has bashed the hoover
against it) but they are so shallow that the filler seems to fall out.
Am I filling badly or should I be doing something else?
What do I do please do get an even surface ready for painting?
