Plan for a dismantlable grow light frame

Is it doable to build a dismantlable frame to hang two VIPARSPECTRA P600 Grow Lights? I would like it to be relatively easy to assemble and disassemble.

Can anyone suggest a plan on what this frame would look like and how to build it?
