planning / best and most economical option for adding double storey to existing dormer

Hi,

New to this forum, and new to building.

Is there anyway (to do well) a double storey on the back of this house (see attached) and keep the existing dormer, our does the roof need to come off and bricked etc.

We already benefit from the dormer and just want to really add floor space with least possible cost to already existing floor space we have but knit well.

I have highlighted where the new double storey would be.
