Hi,

Can anyone advise whether PP is needed for a workshop/shed/garage base if it's made from concrete, or brick/block? The building itself will be timber only.
It's not going to be near any neighbours or boundaries.

It's in the Cairngorm National Park boundaries- I've seen that there's general limits for pitched roofs of 4m high, pent/flat roof 3m max for most local authorities but a neighbour said PP was needed for any building with a concrete base??

I dont think you nrrd permission-as long as your nou using up more than 33 percent of yout total garden area.
