Plaster bleeding through paint?

Had some walls painted today after we had a wall opened up.

Seems like the plaster is bleeding/showing through on both sides of the opening? Does it need time to dry? I was going to leave it overnight and drop our decorator a message tomorrow if it is still there.

The right hand side almost looks like a stain.

I know that they applied some product to prevent the PVC from peeling which the plasterer had used.
They used contract Matt and then a trade vinyl Matt to finish. Really pleased with there work though.

Takes a week or more before new plaster is dry enough to take a mist coat.

It was plastered 3 weeks ago.
The location of the marks are where the plaster board joined the original wall.
