i have ripped out old fire place back to original bricks, for a cast iron multi fuel stove 10kw with a chimney liner.
I now want to put plasterboard along the front face off attached via plaster board adhesive. i am unsure what beading to use around the plasterboard edges to give it a clean finish nearest the fire.
I was then going to put a skim of multi finish plaster on top.
i am starting the plaster boarding on the 28th aug 2008. can anyone give me any advice on what i can do and what i cant do plz.
i have plastered b4 a few years ago and am pretty good doing certain Diy jobs around the house so i have some experience.
