Plaster Ceiling Rose

What is the best method to remove multiple layers of emulsion from an ornate plaster ceiling rose. I have a victorian house which I am trying to restore, but there is years of paint on the roses & all the detailing is lost.

Emulsion paint shouldn't be a problem as it's water base,they are many paint stripper brands , here one of them.
