Plaster for dpc

Hi there, I've removed the plaster from parts of my wall and injected dryrods to stop rising damp. What plaster shall I use? It should be readily available in b&q or Wickes please add I need to do it asap.

I've found plenty of useful data at the suggested website but it does not give me the exact product i should use

4:1 sand and cement render with added waterproofer then a skim coat of multifinish plaster.

What's a water proofer? Any rest mixed products you can suggest?
