Hi all having stripped bedroom of textured paint taken out old cupboard we have to plaster some large holes were the plaster has come away and bare brick is showing, how much rough plaster do we use before skimming to get a flat surface

depends mainly on the size of the holes, but you are probably better off getting the one coat plaster as its much more easier to work with.
