We have a garage that has been dot and dabbed. It has had rather a lot of board adhesive behind to get over the walls, some areas 1 - 1.5 inch. Along the wall the end board is out of line by around 5-8mm. Whats the best approach to get an acceptable finish, can this be filled out?
Any help appreciated.

Tape and fill will sort it out with a couple of extra coats, if you are getting it skimmed the spread will make it up with bonding or skim.
