Hi

House has been taken back to taken back to brick.

Should we have the walls rendered or let the plasterer use hardwall for the base coat?
 
Depends on the state of the brickwork (Any damp or wet problems) I would personally go down the sand and cement route..(might be cheaper aswell!!)
