Plastering tip needed

Hi

I have a wall where one layer of plaster is coming off from the back layer of plaster.

Should I put UVA on the back wall and plaster on top of that ?

And what type of plaster should I use as when I went to Wickes there was about 5 types of the stuff !

The uva will shine on the wall if you open the curtain

........PVA

and get some gyproc/thistle Multi finish plaster....that`ll do it
