plastic beading removal

I need to change some sealed units in relatively new UPVC windows. Can anyone give me any tips on how to remove the plastic beading that holds the existing windows in.

Isn't it under the warranty ?

Remove the rubber seal from the inside then the unit should go back slighty then unhook the beading bar at the front.
