If that had happened to me I would have been really upset and I would remove and fit it again. You can squirt a load of sealant in the grove and put pvc tape over it to mould and smooth it out but it could end up looking like a dogs dinner. Remember that practice makes perfect, sometimes.
Neutral Curing silicone - NOT sanitary silicone - and masking tape either side of the crack - gun in the silicone and remove with a spatula - whip off the tape and Leave alone to set - Don`t smear it about , you will get a mess then
