Plastic Sheet To Use For New Cistern Syphon Diaphragm?

The diaphragm has split in the syphon of my toilet cistern. Can you buy the correct type of plastic sheet to cut out a new one, from plumber's merchants, etc? Or, is there any other source of a suitable plastic?

Seco hit the nail on the head. Rubble sacks. Was talking to someone in the local who happened to be a plumber. He reckoned 1200 guage DPC membrane.

Sure I got some sacks or membrane in the back of the garage, next to the roller. Lawn roller that is!
