Does anyone have any idea how to remove paint from a plastic kitchen sink.

All I would say is to avoid solvents - particularly aggressive ones as they will discolour the surface. Try to pick any splashes off with a fingernail, if they'll shift.
The granular surface of the plastic helps paint to adhere rather well!
