I think for some it's a mental health issue e.g. body dysmorphia.
For others, mainly celebs, it's a way to keep themselves in the news.
Or a combo of both.

But I mean come on, does anyone here think this is a good look???

Especially when it comes to the face and (.) (.) the former looks stretched taught like a drum, the latter like inflatable add ons. Not one ounce of naturalness about most plastic surgery, although I suppose that's perhaps one of the objectives!

Can’t stand fake tits.
I thought she was bankrupt and owes £millions to creditors?

Come on Noseall, how many fake tits have you had in your hands? ;)
Never (as far as I know) in the flesh. Stood talking to girl in a local boozer I knew for years, once asked me to give her ‘enhanced’ boobs a feel, so I obliged. All very clinical at the time.:sneaky:

Fake tits look awful. Some look like a joke. And what about this new trout pout and fillers thing all the girls are going for. Hideous. Lashings of slap, horrendous lips, hideous face disfigurements. Just one big horror movie out there.

I knew a couple of people who had a lot of sun exposure.

Both were very wrinkly, one had skin cancer which spread to glands in his head.

Katy's face in particular, but also other parts, look very damaged by the sun.

Nope, it looks absolutely horrible and it gets to look worse, as age takes its toll. The looks of so many previously good looking females, has been ruined by such 'enhancements'. One of the most popular and ridiculous of which, is the lip enhancements.

I had plastic surgery last July, or at least they call it plastic surgery. I had a large lipoma (a lump of fatty tissue) on my back removed. They are quite common, The Pimple Popper on TV specialises in there removal.

I feel kinda sorry for her, trapped in a mental state of forever trying to be an 'It' girl but never will be again, she was actually quite pretty (and financially quite savvy once) back in the day before celebrity status really began to take its toll.

I walked past her in the North lanes in Brighton years ago - just after she got out of the jungle.

She looked ok back then, she is surprisingly petite, not very tall - mind you she was a weird shade of orange.
