Hi Can anyone advise me. I have just had a large shed build with bricks and the builder has put on 1.3MM plastic sheets as my roofing. It is getting really hot in their and I am planning to put a second Fridge/ Freezer but feel it is too hot in their. If I was to put plaster under the plastic sheets will this stop the shed getting too hot.

If you mean board then yes it will help, try to use the silverback stuff if you can, thickness is'nt too improtant.
