i wasnt sure where to post this because it is a somewhat generic statement but i just wanted to say how helpful this forum is. i went through the CH FAQs earlier to try and solve an issue with a rad, it is now fixed.

without this i would have had to wait for a callout. add this to other problems i have posted in the past, it really is a priceless resource for information.

thanks so much for taking the time to give people like me advice and support.

Nice to get a bit of positive feedback. Even nicer to hear about someone bothering to flick through the FAQs and discovering that their need was covered already.
