PLEASE HELP!! Beretta Kompakt 24-28 C.S.I

Hi, I'm in Spain and I have a problem with my boiler. Basically it's not holding the temperature for the hot water and it is showing a spanner sign and the number 60 on the digital display. The instructions just say that this means it's not holding the water temperature, but it doesn't say what you can do about it. Not sure if anyone will be familiar with this model, but if there's anyone out there who knows about it, I will promise to buy you a very large Sangria if you are ever heading this way!

Hi, the water pressure seems fine it's just the temperature that's going crazy....and I mean really crazy! When I watch the numbers on the display they go from one extreme to the other in a random way.

Your boiler is the Iberian version of the Linea. The local agent is Domotermia, HQ in Barcelona. The display shows temps for CH and HW when tap is running however 60 deg not high enough for either to cause o/heat trip.

It shows 60 when it is switched off as a code for the problem. We called Beretta direct but they want 80 euros just come out. Thought I'd try this first. I'll try and contact the agent mentioned in the previous post. Thanks for the interest and advice. MC
