Hi

I have just fitted a Lutron digital dimmer to a single circuit of which has 6 in number 35W LV halogen lamps fitted to it.

The lamps each have a dimmable transformer and all seem to be buzzing ?

The dimmer itself is quiet.

On the back of the dimmer there is L for live and a symbol for the feed to the lighting circuit.

When I removed the existing single switch there were 2 wires going into the Common connection and 1 wire coming out of the 1 Way.

I connected the 2 wires from the Common to the L on the dimmer assuming that this was live - is this correct ?

Cheers

Some lutron dimmers, like the grafix eye, have to be set to either magnetic or electronic depending on what transformers you have.
