Ive attached a pic of boiler its a isar he30 as you can see pressure is really low ive tried filling the tank by attaching the pipe and opening valves but nothing happens can some1 please help

I have marked the valve that you need to open to fill your system, you will need a flat headed screw driver, as said if that does not work try tapping the non return valve gently , it may be jammed.
