Please help identify bathroom mixer tap.

Hi,
This tap is approx 7 yrs old and installed by previous house owners. There are no identifying names or marks, but it is leaking and I'm told it requires a new 'insert'. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Sarah.

Random guess, but there is a good chance you won't be able to get the same design tap, as they are constantly upgraded or 'replaced' by the manufacturers.

It should cost the same as renewing the inside, or less, to simply swap taps.

Leaking where? Around the cap? If so it's probably an internal seal in the cartridge.

I'd be tempted to replace it rather than the potential faffing about you could have trying to fix it/getting a replacement cartridge.

7 years isn't so bad out of a tap and as such it doesn't really owe you anything for that amount of service.
