Given the state of the wall and the very bad filling already there it really doesn't matter ....

Any wall filler will do just get a cheap one from Toolstation or Screwfix , Poundland might even do a squeezy tube one for a quid

Agree. Old wall in old house's downstairs loo. Needed to run a cold feed through to the room behind. Hopefully redecorate within the next few years but not a priority right now as other rooms take precedence. Cheers for the info on fillers.
