Outdoor Gate: What to Paint it With? (Natural looking protective coating product)?

Hi all - Can anyone recommend a good protective product that I can coat and tidy this gate up with?
Any advice (such as what you would do with such a gate and any prep work) greatly appreciated.

Go to their website and you can get all the detail. I'd sand back that mould/mildew/green stuff and treat it with anti-fungal stuff first.

Depends what you want it to look like?
If you use paint it won't last long where the "throw over gate loop" comes down.

A pressure washer would spruce it up a bit

Or any old tub of shed & fence stuff

Or you could paint it to match the house doors, if that floats your boat
